DiddyBomber is an email bombing service designed for educational and security testing purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization before testing any systems.

2. Usage Guidelines

Do not spam attacks: By this, we mean do not send requests every 2 minutes. Occasional requests are acceptable, and you will be given a warning if excessive behavior occurs. However, consistent spamming is not welcome.

Cooldown Period: The cooldown between attacks is 1 minute. Attempting to bypass this cooldown may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Users are expected to use the service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Activities

Spamming .gov domains: This is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Attempting to use our service against government domains will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Additionally, the following activities are prohibited:

• Using the service to harass, intimidate, or harm others
• Attempting to disrupt critical infrastructure
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Attempting to reverse engineer or bypass service limitations

4. Refund Policy

No refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. By purchasing any plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Service Lifetime

Definition of Lifetime: Lifetime access means you will have access to the service until the service is discontinued. We do not guarantee that the service will be available indefinitely. We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Changes to the Terms

Terms of Service Updates: These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

DiddyBomber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall DiddyBomber be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
